Most of the time, prospects can easily detect if they are going to be pitched. Who likes to be pitched anyway?

While this can be true for newbies, it’s just the exact opposite for leaders. It seems like they say the same things but prospects don’t feel like they’re being sold.

I’ve seen it happen so many times but I just couldn’t get my finger on it. What was it that they were doing that I was not.

Going from being a shy person, always in fear of what people would say, not able to sell a single product to eventually breaking records in my company for highest conversion and retention of customers on products, I’m now amazed how simple the formula is but so few people understand it or apply it to make their mlm recruiting skyrocket.

How To Hypnotize Your Prospects To Buy

Hypnotize caught your attention, right? It can have the wrong signification so let me clarify here…

First, you certainly don’t want your prospects to do something that is not in their best interest. But what you DO want is to make sure you help them see how your product can help them if that’s what they need. That’s where “hypnotize your prospect to buy” comes in…

One of my mentors once told me “It’s not a crime to give people what they need.” So make sure you know the psychological triggers that get people to change their minds. Because sometimes, that’s exactly what they need.

And if you master what I’m about to share with you, you will feel like you’ve hypnotized them because they will completely change their mind and behavior after they speak with you.

Understand this… Before you can explain why your product is the solution, people need to first be aware that there is a need for the product.

We discovered that people go through certain phases and it’s always the same. They have to become aware of a subject before they can become educated in a subject before they can take responsibility for the subject. So, it always goes – awareness, education and then to responsibility.

How To Record Your Calls For Free

record callsThe proper formula to make effective phone calls should be followed, but how can you be completely sure you’re following the formula?

Record your calls! The best way to improve your communication skills is to record yourself making calls, both in practice and in live prospecting. Then you can see if you’re doing something like talking too much or being too assertive, etc. You can also talk to your sponsor or teammates to see if they notice anything about your conversations.

Plan to spend twice as long analyzing the recording as it took to record your call. Once you’ve adjusted to hearing yourself on recordings, set aside sufficient time to analyze it, about thirty minutes to review a fifteen minutes call. As you start to analyze the recording, remember to focus on your strengths as well as aspects needing improvement. The problem areas are likely to jump out at you, but don’t overlook those things that you are doing well: being interested in your prospect, not what you will say next; handling questions properly; and so on.

Should You Attend Your MLM Company Events?

I walked into the room and immediately felt the energy. I talked with several people over the weekend and all said they leave events like these more energised than when they arrived, driven to talk about their ideas with peers or coming up with new ideas with like-minded people.

Network Marketing is built around events. It’s the fuel you need to stay the course. If you want to become a leader, do what leaders do, they attend their company events… and they create their own events.

This weekend people shared case studies and real life examples of how they build their business. This is where you can find that “one little piece of nugget” that makes the difference for you and your business. You hear new ideas and get inspired to take action. Sometimes you get in front of a wall and don’t know where else to go. New ideas can inspire you to go the extra mile that will create a breakthrough.

Obviously, networking is probably one of the most important piece of events. You get to meet new people from various backgrounds whom you can call later if you have a prospect that can relate to them. But most importantly it’s what solidifies your business. People quit companies but they don’t quit friends.

If you are not staying up to date, you are behind. Events give you access to the latest information that can help you create momentum by instilling anticipation from your prospects. You can come back with the latest news and get them on the waiting list for the next product launch. This is what the big boys do, they pre-launch and get so much anticipation that when the new product gets to the market, they sell more than anyone else.

Have you ever told someone about something and then said “but you can’t get it because it’s not released yet”. Yes… they want it even more. And best of all, you don’t feel like selling because you have nothing to sell.

What you get from those presentations is an opportunity to create content on your website or through an email newsletter. Keep the momentum going, get people excited about new ideas. Share what you learned and you will attract people to you. This is what I’m doing here. I get one piece of information that I share with you and further build our relationship. Over time, people know, like and trust me. And who do you think they do business with?… Now you know what to do.

On November 11th I was hanging out with Tim Sales at his house in Park City…

A casting crew came in to shoot a video of Tim and his family.

I was watching the whole scene, taking pictures, sneaking behind the camera guy. I was axious to see the end product. Well… you will see it down here… but what’s most important for you is the message Tim is trying to communicate to you and the lack of success of most networkers. This could change your life forever like it did mine.

In my early days of building an organization, I’ve had my share of struggles. From inviting family members to an opportunity meeting, to harrassing strangers on street corners, to passing out flyers at the mall, to approaching sick patients at the doctor’s office, to buying leads and calling at all hours of the night, to building websites and doing social media. I couldn’t stand it when my friends would ask me how my “lucrative home-based business was doing”. I flew to seminars and workshops all over the country always thinking this time would be different.

While I was listening to Tim’s interview, I captured something that is not mentioned in this video… He said he had enough of this parade of people getting on the stage and saying “If I can do it, you can do it too!” He said the training has always been geared towards motivation.

You see, Tim has built an organization around the world and personally trained hundreds of thousands of distributors from many different companies, and after retiring for 13 years from building his own organization, he’s now back in the game.

He told me “Stephane, I never really felt so alive in the last 13 years. Now that I’m back building again, I don’t know why I had left for so long.”

After my initial 11 years of trials and errors, I decided to contact Tim and “recruit him as my sponsor”. From that day, everything began to change.

I often times felt confused, not understanding why I seemd to be doing the right things but my commission check didn’t match with my efforts. Fastest Way To Get Leads With Classified Ads

We all want to know what’s the fastest way to get leads for our MLM business. But the problem is we don’t want to spend a fortune initially and we certainly don’t want to go through a learning curve of 6 months to a year before we finally get leads.

2 years ago I decided to experiment with classified ads. It was easy, cheap and quick.

I started to get leads within the hour after posting my ad.

I couldn’t believe it! Could it be that easy?

Yes…

It’s easy and it works. And what I like about it is you can target the person you are looking for. You don’t have to spend hours on the phone with tire kickers.

Below is an example of what happened this morning…

This morning I posted 2 ads on a classified website. Within a few minutes after posting, two people replied. I called the first one and here was my conversation…

As you could hear, I didn’t connect well enough on the initial call. I was a little bit in a hurry to get off the phone. But at least I qualified him. The danger with not connecting properly (what my friend Tim Sales call “The Greeting”) is that your prospect doesn’t pick-up the phone when you call back.

If people are not answering when you call back, you now know why.

As we try to achieve higher things in life and find mlm success, people around us will most likely try to keep us to their level. People don’t accept change easily.

The answer to that is to keep on going. Don’t spend time with people like that.

Start to spend time with people who realize that most of the things you try will not work the first time.

But the most important thing is that you launch. And that you keep moving, you keep learning, you keep getting experiences. And you constantly improve as you get new information.

So you have to deal with people who recognize this is the way the world works.

People say “Well I tried and it didn’t work”. Well how many times did you try? “Well I tried it once.” Hey!!! You gotta try 10 or 20 times!
